hi guys, i am looking to buy good shoes for playing football on astro turf pitches. I cant afford big brands as they are quite expensive. Due to developing athrithis, i need a shoe which is quick for striker, can control the ball easily and main feature needed is comfortable both from inside and from sole underneath. cheers.
my budget is around £20.

hi Sarah, i bought few pairs like that but they are waist of money for me. I have spend alot of time on sports direct by testing different pairs but they are hard in my feet. especially when i kick hard as i am striker then it hurt my feet. Also they are very tight when i wear them.
On the other hand if i get something like running one they have comfortable from inside as using thick foam but then i cant control the ball as there shape is wide etc.0 -

Sports Direct is only a shop and not a brand so if they are all hard on your feet then that is the brand.
I suggest you up your budget especially as it is your health you are talking about.
No one will be able to recommend a football boot / trainer that is right for you as it is personal so I suggest you go to a few shops locally and try them on until you are happy.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know.
