Terms and Conditions
The prize is non transferrable and no cash alternative is offered. This prize is Subject to availability - Not valid over peak dates including all bank and school holidays. Transfers from home address to UK airport not included. The prize is valid from May 2018 to December 2018 then March 2019 to May 2019.

The draw will be made on/shortly after Monday 21st May 2018. A winner will be selected at random from all entries received by the Closing Date, using a random-number generator. The winner will be contacted after Monday 21st May, 2018 via e-mail or telephone and will be given 14 days to respond. If the response deadline is missed, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected. The promoter!!!8217;s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Dorco reserves the right to change, hold void or cancel the prize draw at any time without notice. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, no cash or other prize alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for similar alternatives of equal or greater value. All entrants give their consent to their names being placed on a list of winners and being made available. From the date of being awarded the holiday giveaway, the chosen holiday must be booked within three months and travel must be within a twelve month period or the prize will be withdrawn. Specialist reserves the right to specify the exact departure airport, Visit Benidorm reserves the right to specify the exact hotel.

The prize is not valid during peak travel periods !!!8211; including all UK bank holidays and school holiday periods. Transfers from the home address to the UK airport are not included in the winning prize. Once the booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will incur administrative charges, payable by the holiday prize winner. After the winner accepts the prize with Dorco, Specialist Publications [Reg office: 85 Strand, 5th Floor, London, WC2R 0DW], the holiday promotor, will contact the winner directly to book accommodation and flights.

The prize for the winner consists of the following; 4 nights for two adults (who are both over the age of 18) in a 4* hotel in Benidorm on a half-board basis. Accommodation is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room. Direct economy flights will be provided from UK regional airports to Alicante airport.

Travel to and from the airport in the UK is not included. In order to claim the prize, the winner and their guest may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions of the airline and/or tour operator associated with their travel to, or stay in, Benidorm (T&Cs of Travel). Dorco shall have no liability to the winner or any third party for any inability of the winner to claim the prize, or to take the full benefit of it, as a result of any of the T&Cs of Travel or any other reason.

Travel insurance and visas, any necessary vaccinations, valid passports, spending money, departure and arrival taxes, local taxes, hold luggage, excursions, attractions, treatments and car hire and any other personal expenses are the winner!!!8217;s responsibility. Dorco shall not be liable to entrants for: (i) any losses, damages or costs incurred or suffered as a result of the entrants entering the prize-draw promotion; (ii) acceptance or use of any element of the prize won in connection with the promotion; (iii) failure by the promoter to act in accordance with any promotion laws, rules and regulations; (iv) and/or failure by the promoter to deliver any element of the prize.
