Welcome Finance - any loopholes?
Options
Hi
I have a Welcome Finance HP agreement and have been royally stung on everything! i knew about the interest rate but was advised by the brokers that there would be no early settlement payment and that i would be able to get better loans after 18months with welcome. i have only been with them 8 months but would like to settle early as they are screwing me on the interest - does anyone know of any loopholes as they are asking for a figure of just under £4000 i have paid off £1516 - the loan was originally for £4100 including payment protection.
it is one of the worst loan companies i have been with - i would not advise anyone to go with them regardless of how desperate you are! i am living proof.

Well I have an agreement with them and according to the agreement, it will cost me more to repay after a third/half/three quarters than originally borrowed. In fact according to their paperwork for a loan of £24000, plus PPI of £4300, it will still cost over £157556 (no full stops)? might think this may not be right! Am currently looking into this!0
