Terms and Conditions

• Entrants to this prize draw must be aged 18 or over and a resident in the UK.
• Purchase is not necessary.
• Employees and the immediate families of Boots UK Limited, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not entitled to enter.
• The prize draw is not open to employees of Furaveri Resorts and its associated agencies.
• This prize draw closes at midnight on Tuesday 28 August 2018.
• An independent person, selected by Boots, will randomly select the winner after Tuesday 28 August 2018, from all valid entries.
• This prize draw is free to enter. Only one entry per person and per email address.
• Responsibility will not be accepted for the loss, delay or corruption of any data in transit, or for the incomplete nature of any entries to the prize draw.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
• The prize includes:
– Return flights in economy class from London to Mal! (subject to availability).
– Accommodation for two in a single Beach Villa. Please note, the villa image used is indicative only and subject to availability.
– Meals on a full-board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner included, as well as drinks from the beverage package during meals).
– One dinner from the on-set menu in Raiyvila, the resort’s new Asian Fusion restaurant, located directly on the beach.
– A 25% discount on other food and beverages for the duration of your stay (excluding Mini Bar and Dine By Design).
– 25% off spa treatments (excluding facial, retail and special promotions).
– Return transfers from Mal! to the resort, to be arranged by the resort.
– All meals to be held in Jafaaiey, the resort’s main international buffet-dining style restaurant. Restaurant voucher will be valid for one year for travel in 2019 (excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter period). Original voucher must be handed-in at time of check-in. The winner’s voucher will be personal and will have no cash value.
• The value of the prize is the equivalent of £5,802 and is correct at the time of going to press.
• Once dates are confirmed, an administration fee will be charged for any further changes made. This will vary, in accordance with the airline.
• The prize is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable, and is subject to normal Furaveri Resorts’ terms and conditions.
• Furaveri Resort reserves the right to relocate winners from the stated resort to an alternative resort if rooms become unavailable for the travel dates requested.
• The prize winner must be over 18. The winner can bring with them one person of any age.
• One entry per household.
• The winner (and their travelling companion) is responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport to travel and any necessary visa.
• The winner will be notified by Friday 14 September 2018. Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. This must be acknowledged by the winner, by email, within 72 hours. Failure to respond to this email means an alternative winner will be selected from all valid entries received.
