Hi.
We applied for a joint loan for home for home improvements from natwest. We had all the documentation stating Apr etc which was all good and we signed it and sent it back to get it. Had an email Friday asking for additional documents, which was 3 months pay slips which was not a problem a say what we was doing with the money in which I stated. This was sent back via a link online with the proof etc thewirhin the hour.. As of yet we have still not heard anything and a little worried that we will not, but we signed for it?
Anyone come across this please and what was the outcome?
Thanks

It won’t be a valid agreement until they sign off on it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thanks for the replies and hopefully hear something soon.
Just find it strange they offer us the loan and forms to sign, not asking or adding documents, then suddenly do this? Hopefully all will go well and this is just procedure.0 -
Am in the same boat. Did you get it?0

You wont get an answer.
Why not start your own thread.0 -
Yeah we got it at the lower rate because Natwest had processed another loan by mistake, so the higher interest came up the second time.
My contract stated the lower APR, so make sure they have not done the same to you also.0
