Provisional Remortgage Completion date tomorrow but not heard anything

We are remortgaging through Enact and it’s been a fairly quick process but I feel we aren’t updated as much as I would like to be. Our existing mortgage provider takes payment on the last working day of each month and our redemption figure is up to end April. Enact contacted us with a provisional completion date of tomorrow as they had everything they need to complete but we’ve heard nothing since. Only a text message saying that provisional date of tomorrow and we will text you upon completion.
I’ve sent 2 emails today but no response but surely if it wasn’t going to happen tomorrow then we’d have heard something today.
Any replies greatly appreciated...

Enact are dreadful. We were forced to use them when remortgaging with Barclays, and we never had a response to any of our calls or emails. They managed to get our address wrong (a small but very important detail in conveyancing!!) so we never received any paperwork. I was also really worried that all of our confidential info was being sent to a stranger. In the end it only got sorted after I wrote a couple of scathing reviews on google and trustpilot. I wouldn't believe a word they say.
Oh, and they never did get our address right. Even the response to our complaint promising our address had been fixed on their system was sent to the wrong address!0 -

UPDATE sent another mail heard nothing so I left it till 1.30 and was told that we would complete between 2pm and 4.20pm. Received text at 2.15pm to say it had gone through and surplus funds in my account by 3.15pm. Not impressed with them and I pointed it out on my feedback questionnaire. Thanks for your replies x0
