Remortgage or not

With the interest rates set to rise is it a good time to remortgage, would have to pay a fee to end current term but can go onto a better rate or wait until December when I can remortgage with no fee , currently paying 682.94 on 3.44 with 24y11m left can afford to move onto 2 year fixed 17 years at 2.29 paying 810.55 other options are available ERC is 1365.00.

Are you able to overpay each month at all on your current deal without penalty in order to reduce the interest you will pay until December?0

Yes can overpay but not by a great amount each month 100-200 maybe0
