Northern Rock - mortgage review?

Hi
I am due to come to the end of a discount tracker with NR in Feb. We have always used their mortgage review service to get a new deal. My plan was always to go back to them in Feb to look again at a new deal and hopefully get payments reduced . We will obviously go onto their SVR if I do nothing.
3 questions
1) Does anyone know/can guess whether their review service will carry on? If not am I better reviewing now and just paying the £2000 ERC??
2) I don't want to borrow any more , so will NR care about the amount of unsecured debt I have (it's currently about £85k) on Jt salaries of £55k per annum plus overtime of around £15k per year. This is more than we had when we last remortgaged
3) If I can't get a better deal with NR is that amount of unsecured debt going to cause a problem elsewhere - house value about £125k mortgage about £103K

If you stay put NR will not underwrite the case again. On your salary you may have an issue depending on your monthly payments.
They will carry on but not sure how good the deals will be!
