Just had an email about this from the suppliers saying they will attempt delivery again tomorrow

Happy to see this thread - I received an email saying delivered today, but nothing arrived?? I emailed courier and they don't have a record of this consignment number??....glad to hear it's only a can that has gone missing, and not a brand new Ipad or something!!

had email as well but no missed delivery card so contacted them,
they said they had no record of this consignment & to phone back
tomorrow for them to recheck.

What a palaver everyone is having for a small can sample

I would normally be annoyed if a parcel was just left in the back yard today I am pleased

Thanks for all the replies. At least I know what to expect and I won't be too disappointed if I miss the delivery again Hopefully I will catch them though.

My husband and I both entered this comp before people were getting the message that all samples were gone so we were expecting 2 to turn up at some point.
Neither of us received an email but we did have 1 can turn up yesterday. My husband signed for it but didn't notice that although it was our addres, the name was Katherine, (no surname) - which is neither of us. So maybe the people who are getting emails saying the item was delivered are the people whose names are appearing on the items sent to another address.

PS My husband tried it last night - it was a bit odd tasting so nothing much to miss out on.

Exact same thing happened to me. Email said left with neighbour - no idea which and no card to tell me!

We have established that delivery data from the client became !!!8220;jumbled!!!8221; and name / email addresses were not corresponding to the correct physical delivery address

All shipments not delivered Apr 23rd will be back out for delivery April 24th and there is another larger batch coming out May 4th so any anomalies will be cleared up on that dispatch.

Thankyou for your patience and understanding and be assured that the client is working hard to rectify the issue

Hubby refused delivery yesterday as the address and postcode was correct for us but it had the name of KEVIN on (no-one here called Kevin), so he signed as refused.

Today the delivery driver came back and said it was for us and HAD TO BE DELIVERED!

On opening the package it was a can of Jameson's Whiskey, Lime and Ginger.

I had this card too so rearranged delivery for Thursday. Went to click send confirmation email and it had someone else's email in so they have my confirmation!? What a rigmarole :rotfl::rotfl:
