Broker No Longer Exists - Who Do I Claim From

Hi, I've Found All Of My Paperwork For My Mis-sold Endowment Policy And Want To Start The Claim Process But Dont Know If I Can And Where To Start. Unfortunately The Broker No Longer Exists. The Endowment Was Taken Out In 1997 And We Paid Around £8500 In To It Over The Course Of 6 Years, In That Time Our Original Mortgage Changed From The Halifax To Northern Rock And Then When There Was Loads Of Bad Press About Endowments We Changed Over To A Repayment But Kept The Endowment With Standard Life. In 2003 We Cashed In The Endowment, Selling It Back To Standard Life For £3000. Does Anyone Know If I Can Still Claim Even Though We Cashed It In And, If The Original Broker Who Sold It To Us Is No Longer In Business, Who Do We Claim From.
Thanks
