Claims against CLC

I have seen that at least two companies are saying that they have had successful claims against Club La Costa (ECC and TAS) are these genuine or simply another scam

I've been contacted by a number of companies about this. I've managed to put them off by telling them I have engaged my own Solicitors to look into this - they soon stop calling after that.
Having done my own research it would seem that there could be grounds for claiming. However I am not sure what the best course of action would be.
