    Oh its big :)

    when you say make real chips, what are you looking for?

    Real chips

    Blanch at 130 which is lower then the 150 on the dial

    Let the chips bubble and cook without browning, takes around 10 mins

    Drain and turn the pan to 170

    Another 5 mins at that temp will give lovely fluffy crispy chips
