Comprehensive Management Services Ltd pretending to be CM Services Ltd

Couldn't find this anywhere else on the forums and please correct me if i'm wrong.
Just a note that Comprehensive Management Services Ltd sign their emails CM Services Ltd and their signage also says CMServices Ltd.
They do not have CMServices Ltd or CM Services Ltd registered.
When I pointed this out to them their reply was "we were unaware we were not able too abbreviate our company name which we will now change if this is the case."
I'm sure they'll correct all their signage...
From what I understand they're currently operating illegally
Any PCN they issue as Comprehensive Management Services Ltd is void as the car parks are managed by CM Services Ltd OR any PCN they issue as CM Services Ltd is void because it is not their registered Ltd name.

    Signs/ PCN

CMS’s signs are not upto date, displaying old information. The registered address, 55 Leonards Road West, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, FY8 2PF, no 07939812, no longer belongs to CMS, it is now a Funeral Directors whom have never heard of CMS other than mail being delivered. CMS moved out Feb 2018, therefore their signs are not enforceable by law.

Has anyone fought one of these on PCNs on those grounds and won? My lad has just received a fine from them.
    I have plenty of willpower - it's won't power I need.
  • I suppose its a Legal technicality but a weak one IMO. Only a Judge could decide if this were grounds for a dismissal but again I think its a long shot unless the person receiving the PCN is a Barrister :)

Then he can become a "legend" and be the first. His name can become as famous in Parking circles as Beavis.

    Go for it
