Sharing in FB

My sharing gets stopped after 10 mins on FB it’s so annoying . So when companies state share the competition can’t I just tag friends instead ??
Technically I’m still sharing their post . It’s just not to my own wall .

won't your friends get annoyed with you tagging them,? It's not worth alienating them for a comp, ditto sharing. The reason you get stopped form sharing is that facebook sees you as a spammer. Quite a few like and share competitions are rigged anyway so that a "friend" wins the non-existant prize or a genuine winner but o prize is forthcoming

It is against facebook rules to ask for shares or tags and with the recent hooha I expect to see facebook clamping down on these comps

I get so annoyed that companies continue to get away with asking for people to share and tag a gazillion friends. I often just spam tag my fiance as he hardly checks facebook.

I have created a 'public'group especially for the sharing side of things, so I can share to the group rather than spamming my feed and annoying my friends with it all popping up. Theres only me and a couple of my friends in their but if anyone wants to join us and spam the group instead of your friends feeds, its:

Ignoring the wrongs of a company asking in the first place a tag will not do for a share as the number of shares shows as do the "sharers" names, a tag is completely different.
