Tupe question

Hello,
Can anyone answer my question please?
At work we are in the process of TUPEing over to a new trust, my job role is not on the new plan, I’m more ‘hands on’ but the job on the new plan as the same grade as me is an admin post.
So my question is can this new company change me from my current role to a role which is more like a ‘demotion’? I understand it’s the same grade but I have qualifications in health care and none in admin and really do not want a admin role as I would of applied for admin in the first place and not health care!
Also, my current role is the higher up grade on the new plan, could I argue a case that I am more qualified for the nxt grade up or not?
Thank you!

Start with your current employer as it seems your job is not getting TUPEd if your job is not on the plan.
or is it(higher grade)?
If it is why are you not going with it?0
