How do I track comps on multiple sites

Hi everyone, not sure if I'm asking this in the right place but everyone here is so helpful so I thought I'd pick your brains...lolz.
I've noticed that a few people enter comps using different websites. My question is...how do you then track which comps you've already entered? I know most sites have their own tracking system but that won't apply if you're using another website. Any ideas anyone....

If you use Twitter to enter comps then you can see you've already entered.
If you use Facebook to enter comps then you can see you've already entered.
If you use Rafflecopters and Gleams you can see the entries you already have.
So it doesn't matter with Twitter, Facebook, Rafflecopters and Gleams.

I generally use MSE to enter competitions unless entering the above, if I come across one I don't think I've already entered and it's ending soon, I'll copy and paste the link into the MSE Search and it should come up, I then will see whether I have ticked it or not, or if it has even been posted here.
