Watched Martin Lewis a few weeks ago on TV, followed his advise and started claim for re-banding from E to D, yesterday revenue officer replied telling me we were successful in claim, 14 years refund nearly £4,500, only problem no refund of cash but a credit against council tax which will last for the next 2 to 3 years.
