Does anyone have an overpayment spreadsheet that allows you to put in different monthly overpayments or know of a link to one please?

Have you tried whoever your mortgage is with? I'm with RBS, and I can sign into my mortgage account and use their own overpayments calculator.

if you don't want anything fancy worth trying to do your own as the functions are built in.

you can then add any feature you like.

Excellent, that's the one I used last time and it worked well for me, thanks.
  • In truth there should be a mortgage overpayment calculator that shows you exactly what effects various overpayments will bring about and what will most likely save you the most interest when you should overpay and by how much....Unfortunately you won't find this with your lender as they dont invest enough time to build "smart calculators"
