    Its sounds like you are not how I portrayed you from your initial post i.e. high loans and high credit cards.

    As you say you are good with your money, then go ahead you have my blessing :toungue in cheek:

    In terms of actual mortgages - based on the figures you have posted, you should have no problems in getting the mortgage agreed.

    Now you just need to decide if you are heppy with the consequences of consolidating the debts
