Lowell log in issues?

Anyone who has an online account with Lowell can you let me know if you are having issues logging in. The website loads but when I go to the log in page and enter my details the hamster in the wheel just sits there spinning and not getting anywhere.
Tried to clear my cache and tried on a different platform and still not getting anywhere. Have emailed them so hopefully they will fix it soon.
