Sorry if asked before but I half expected my online National Insurance record for 2017/18 to have been included by now.

Instead I'm getting 'Your record for this year is not available yet'.

Is this semi normal coming up for two weeks after the new tax year?

Thanks in advance.

    Entirely normal!
  • Your employer might not even have sent HMRC the final details yet for 2017:18.

Two months is probably a more realistic timeframe than two weeks.

And if you are not in employment it will likely be Sept - Oct before it updates.

My NI credits were added on the 26th April......then it showed that my pension was £152.50 per week......all the correspondence I have had since says £147.71 per week.....when I rang DWP they said that "one department probably hasn't updated the other"......and that they would look into it.....that was three weeks ago......
