Hi, 3 months after requesting a CCA Cabot have sent me a 6 page photocopy of a CCA with my name printed at the top, but the signature box is empty, there is a little box in there that has what looks like a printed 'v' or tick in it. Is this legitimate or can I request an actual signature on some documentation to prove it's mine?
It's for an alleged credit card debt from 2012/2013.
Thanks for any help or advice.

Yes, they're allowed to omit the signature. The full rules are here
