Setting up a video with Sky

We have just had Sky installed and are having a little difficulty setting up our video.

We don't have a terrestrial aerial. Previously the aerial that sat on top of our TV plugged into the back of the video recorder and then another cable went from the video recorder to our TV, meaning both the TV and video received a signal.

Now that our signal comes through the satellite dish and decoder, should I be routing this through the video recorder again or is there another way to set this up?

normally cable/satellite boxes should have a couple of scarts and the usual standard RF in/out. Either connect one scart to your video and the other scart to the TV or connect your old stand alone ariel to the RF in on the sky box and use the old cable to connect the RF out on the Sky box to your video

(unless Sky boxes are different to Pace NTL style boxes in which case I've no idea!)
