I know sellers often say that buyers don't read listings, and I have a great one. I don't rely on them reading the description as I am aware that glitches often mean a description cannot be seen on a mobile device, so in this instance I put 'broken/damaged' in listing title.
Just has a request to cancel bid as they didn't realise item had a repair ! It makes me wonder how some buyers manage at all - if they don't look at the pictures, don't read the description *and* don't even bother reading the item title what exactly do they base their bid on?

I've lost count of the people who purchased stuff from me that said " collection only , will not post" and then ask either when I'm going to post it or can I package it up for their courierEx forum ambassador
