COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Entrants to the competition must be aged 18 or over at the time of entering.
Competition entry closes on Friday 18th May 2018 at 8am. One winner will be selected and contacted by email or phone by Tuesday 22nd May 2018.
The winner must notify the Orwell Hotel by 1st June 2018 to confirm whether they intend to use the 2 night stay during the Felixstowe Book Festival dates between 27th June and 1st July 2018.
The two night stay at the Orwell Hotel is based on two people sharing a standard double or twin room on a bed & breakfast basis and is subject to availability. It can be taken during the Felixstowe Book Festival, from 27th June to 1st July 2018 or used independently of the event.
The 2 night stay at the Orwell Hotel must be used by 30th November 2018 and is subject to availability, if taken outside of the Felixstowe Book Festival dates of 27th June to 1st July 2018.
Travel to and from Felixstowe is not included.
The 'Access all Areas' pass for the Felixstowe Festival Book entitles 2 people to choose any 3 festival talks to attend during the event from 27th June to 1st July 2018, subject to availability. The talks must be booked in advance of the event, by 1st June 2018 at the latest. The 'Access all Areas' pass may be used independently of the 2 night stay at the Orwell Hotel during the festival period.
Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity, including a photo-call and agree to having their names published on The Suffolk Coast website and social media as competition winners.
No cash alternative will be offered, the prize is not transferable.
