CCJ Set Aside

Hi all,
I have recently got the great news that Lowell have agreed by Consent Order to set my judgement aside.
I therefore sent all forms and £100 payment to Northampton County Court by recorded delivery on the 20th March.
I called them a couple of days ago and they said it’s been received and sent to County Court Money Claims Centre who will deal.
Does anyone know how long this process takes from here? We are desperately trying to buy our first house, and have our first child due in 6 weeks so would like the mortgage sorted fairly quickly!
Is there anyone I could speak to to try and speed up the process?
Appreciate any feedback/advise.

Hi Wonderer17
I don't believe the court will agree to prioritise your application but you could contact them to get an idea of timescales. Every court will have their own backlog so there is no set amount of time. You can call the County Court Business Centre (CCBC) on 0300 123 1056 or email ccbc@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk but you may not get a quick response to an email.
Is the £100 fee for the set aside application? It costs £255 for you to apply, although you may get a remission if you have a low household income. Good luck with it all.
