Hey,
I will be looking to remortage next year.
I have a loan which I am paying off and some 0% credit cards which I am also clearing.
I won't however be able to clear both by the time I remortage.
In terms of being accepted for a mortgage and getting accepted for a larger amount would I be best to pay an extra 500 a month to the loan or mortgage.
Obviously clearing the loan will save on interest but what do mortgage providers consider?
Thanks

Pay down the loan first. Though ensure you pay more than the required monthly minimum payment on the 0% credit cards.0
