Remortgage timescale

Just wondering if anyone might know when I might get a decision on remortgaging with Clydesdale;
26th March Application submitted via Broker
29th March Valuation carried out
29th March Notified by Broker initial check by clydesdale carried out should hear more by 5th April - passed to underwriter for final review
30th March received letter from Optima legal on behalf of Clydesdale asking us to sign accept their terms (fee legals)
4th April Notified by broker valuation came back ok
4th April Lender asked for Loan settlement figure in writing (took a few days to get it)
12th April Lender request last 2 payslips
26th March Application submitted via Broker
29th March Valuation carried out
