If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Car
This element of the prize consists of a Bright Red Suzuki Vitara S 1.4 Boosterjet petrol manual or automatic car with the standard factory features, including first registration fee, road tax for the first year and a full tank of fuel. The Suzuki Vitara comes with a comprehensive 3 year or 60,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first) and a twelve (12) year anti-perforation warranty. Suzuki will not be liable for any mechanical failures, faults or service related costs except as set out in the Suzuki warranty which can be accessed here.

The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence, current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport and a proof of address. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize.
