Not taking an offered loan
Hello
Can anyone advise is my credit rating/score will be affected if I choose not to take up a loan that has been offered to me/ Essentially I applied for a loan, was approved but now things have changed and I don't need the money. I haven't signed the offer/acceptance paperwork yet so still have the 14 day cooling off period.

No. Any minor effect by applying will already have happened.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0

Other than the search, nothing will show on your credit file.0

Just make sure you tell them that you no longer wish to proceed BEFORE they advance the monies.0
