Are we allowed to post up jobs we find in our areas

Hi beth,
Unfortunately, the way your company is run is classed as network marketing, the "job" is actually buying into the business and you are not allowed to promote it on MSE.
Please read the rules posted at the top of the forum.
Sorry but I think you are confusing us with keeneze - there is no fee to join betterware - you sign up start work and start earning - it is a totally no outlay opportunity. I get paid for recruiting, training and supporting a team - just as any manager anywhere is paid for that. In MLM (networking) everyone can recruit and earn money for ever on what anyone they recruit earns. Betterware is not structured this way. There are regional managers, area co-ordinators and distributors. Each distributor has their own territory and gets paid a percentage of orders they bring in. I get a (smaller) percentage of betterware's share of the money from sales of my team (including me) - recruitment is not part of the distributor's job and I do not get any cash etc for recruiting people. An earlier post also mentioned the prizes, benefits etc - these are given for say the best 10 salespeople in a given period - much as any salesman might expect there to be incentive prizes on offer - these are for selling not for recruiting others to sell.
Again - the jobs I have on offer are genuine - I have 3 patches of territory vacant (unlike network marketing where you can recruit indefinately, I only have a certain number of territory patches available - - now I call that a genuine job offer - nothing to do with network marketing - direct selling yes, network marketing no. But if no-one is interested in genuine jobs on offer then so be it. Maybe if you are interested then just go to the betterware site and look it up for yourself. If you are in my area you will be refered to me anyway - unlike network marketing!£2 saver club £16 so far!! - it's growing!!! :j

I will refer your post and decide on whether betterware jobs can be advertised on this forum.
I couldn't do any MLM/direct sales, it's really not my style. I just mostly sit in front of my laptop and do matched betting.

Now I really wish I could get my head round matched betting - I read the threads, then read them again .... then go and do something else - anything else really cause it sounds realy simple and at the same time really complicated. I need someone to go through it with me step by step. Maybe I will send a link to a firend who understands betting and perhaps he can talk me through itl.
Sorry if I sounded a bit agressive/defensive it's just that I have been in network marketing and know that Betterware is not the same. I have made good money from it as a distributor for a few years and really enjoy it (sometimes - it is not so great when it's raining and everyone else is inside in front of the fire - but then again it is money in the bank isn't it!!) This kind of direct sales is not hard - you just post broochures through doors and pick them up a few days later - but you do get to meet some nice people - a few of the others now and again but most people are nice if you are nice to them!£2 saver club £16 so far!! - it's growing!!! :j

but that is just like saying that if I am a shop ownerI can't tell you I have a job on offer as I will make more money from the shop if it is fully staffed! I don't make money directly from recruiting people - only by working with them to increase team sales£2 saver club £16 so far!! - it's growing!!! :j
