Green tick problem?

Hi everyone,

I have noticed that over the last week or so, it’s not letting me click the green tick to show I’ve entered something? It shows up, I click it, but it just comes unticked straight away! It’s making it very difficult to track what I’ve entered

Is anyone else having this problem or know how to solve it?

Does this happen when you are using a tablet for comping?

I have this issue when I comp from my Kindle Fire. I've found that I have to press the thanks button for a while longer to make the ticks stay. Try holding the thanks button for a little extra few seconds, then refresh the page to see if it's still ticked. If it's there when you've refreshed, it should mean it will stay there. After a while, you get used to how long to hold the button for, so won't have to keep refreshing to test it.
