Group mortgage

Hi all is it possible to get a group mortgage for four people...me and my partner live with our two sons and we all work fulltime..if so can it be based on all of our incomes.. our house is coming up soon for RTB and we all wanna jump in and buy and pay for it so the kids are sorted in the future...me and my partner are in our mis 50's and the sons are around 30 years old..
