Buy To Let Mortgage

Options
Hi all,Looking for some advice regarding a buy to let mortgage. My wife and I have recently been accepted to buy a flat to rent out. We have another property which is currently rented and we will shortly be remortgaging to borrow the deposit for the new place. The new property is in Scotland and is a 2 bed 1st floor tenement flat located above a commercial premise (chinese take away). We already have in place tenants to rent the flat and will be let 2 weeks after we have possession.Purchase price is £57k.Deposit is £9kMortgage is £48kRental Income is £500/monthThe tenants are only commited to renting for 6 months but may be for longer upto 1 year max. We have no intention of holding onto this particular property and so would consider selling on after 1 year so I think we can rule out a fixed rate at present. We would also prefer not to be on a standard variable rate.Ideally looking for cheap set up fee with limited tie in period. My Question - What is the best Buy To Let mortgage available for this type of property.Hope someone can help. Many thanks,Neil

  • Capital Home loans may, Natwest may but may need bigger deposit. I would go get a Whole of Market broker! The agent will probably know one as you will be going in circles if try the high street. The fact that it is a Chinese take away is the issue.
