I have received survey results recently. I have put some interesting point into links below:

Does anyone know if those are something which I supposed to be worry or those are like standard things to do in every house?
My main doubts are related to water lead pipe and possible that house is in mining areas. Generally speaking during the viewing of the house we haven't seen any big and noticeable problems.
