Viewing Nationwide mortgage online

Just phoned Nationwide to ask but they didn't seem to know the answer.
We moved our mortgage to Nationwide last week (3rd April)
Whenever I log in to view it I cant seem to use all the functions.
For example your meant to be able to set your overpayment preferences online but I cant.
Also says a redemption date of January 0001
Also when I click on the monthly payments button it says sorry experiencing technical issues.
Has anyone else had this with new Nationwide mortgages?

Maybe wait until your first payment has been taken? Might trigger it all into place then. If it's still an issue I would try raise further with Nationwide after 1st payment taken.
Not had that issue with my Nationwide mortgage, but I never looked into those options until months later.
However I do remember having a Nationwide credit card. And until my 1st monthly statement was run - I couldn't access the 'other functions' either.0 -

Perhaps the NW still need to perform the admin/ fully activate the account at their end. Your mortgage will no doubt be one of many.0
