[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]There was no reply to my letter so after 6 weeks I chased them on the phone and soon after a letter arrived saying:

[/FONT] [FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]I felt like writing back saying:

[/FONT] “[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]Yes I know and it was me that told you that after finding it out on MSE Forum”[/FONT]

Had a reply from HMRC and they will be refunding me .
