Teeth straightening and dental implants

I have just been to see an Orthodontist. He believes my midline is off by around 3mm. He thinks having this fully corrected requires a lot of work, even removing wisdom teeth. However, he thinks I can get halfway there with either Invisalign i7 or Invisalign Lite (he said he thinks I am a borderline case), though the latter is unaffordable for me at this stage as there seems to be around a £1000 difference between the two. This said, I have looked around and see some practices charge a lot less and, after doing a quick Google, found someone who can do Lite for £1995.
He has proposed we do a 3D scan, which I have booked on Friday, and then see what the Invisalign team advise.0 -
I had the some what of the same problem with regards to not getting other advice.
I wore braces for 8 YEARS with no success. Only after moving (and going to a new specialist) the problem was addressed I had was resolved within in ONE YEAR !!

Hey I wonder if that 'new specialist' will post on here next?

(Sorry, I became a bit cynical after someone posted a dental query and then posted an answer to their query advertising their business.)Signature Removed by Forum Team ..thanks to somebody reporting a witty and decades-old Kenny Everett quote as 'offensive'!!0
