I sent them an email yesterday asking why I was not receiving the confirmation emails, I have had a reply saying my email address had been moved in to their spam folder so I would not get any emails from them, it has now been moved back and I have received the confirmation email today. Good result. Even though they are a pain in the preverbial **** ****.
