Underwriting process Loughborough building society

Can I ask, we have submitted mortgage application and as it has been sent to underwriters, they requested some info on a loan took out in Oct 17 and that!!!8217;s all, they have now instructed the valuation... is this a good sign? Are we likely to get the mortgage?
