Looking for info on people who have secured a precise mortgage

Hello all,

I’m just Looking for some information on people with adverse credit who have been accepted for a mortgage if you wouldn’t mind sharing some info so I have an idea on if I could be accepted and at what rate... me and my partner are looking to get a mortgage next March/April time but I currently have the following adverse on my credit files

Experian: 6 defaults all but one settled as I can’t seem to find out who has the debt to pay it as I moved house, I contacted the lender who said it was sent to Lowell but they have not got
It

Also 3 late payments on separate accounts between August 2017 and December 2017

Equifax: 8 defaults all settled except from 2 which again I can’t find out who has the debt now

Same as Experian 3 late payments on separate accounts

Call credit exact same as Equifax

All defaults are dated between July 2016-November 2016

My partners credit file is squeaky clean low utilisation and only large debt is his car loan of £9000

We earn £42k a year before overtime which brings in another £2k

Looking for a mortgage of 75% LTV with 5% deposit and 20% equity loan on new build of £130,000 so mortgage about £105k

Defaults will be over 2 years 4 months old when we come to apply and we will have zero debt except the car loan which would be at £8000

Just wanting to know

Your current adverse when you applied
How old your adverse was
What LTV you had
How much you asked for
Current earnings
What rate you were given

I’m just wanting an idea on what to expect and if we have a chance in securing a mortgage or not?

By the time you apply this should fit with Precise and also other Lenders.

Keep your noses clean between now and then and consult a Mortgage Broker when the time comes.

Are you registered on the electoral roll at your current property? Possible that your "defaults" may well find you in due course.
  • Yes I’ve always been on the electoral roll when I’ve moved house, the original lenders were three and virgin media, each told me Lowell had the accounts but Lowell couldn’t find any account that related to them, I had other accounts with Lowell which I paid off, it’s actually annoying that I can’t find out who has it as I want to pay but I can’t

My husband has 3 defaults, 2 of them are 5 years old and the other 2 years old. The 2 oldest are unsettled.
I've got no debt and perfect credit history.
Amount borrowing is £90,000 and I'm putting down a £28,000 deposit
Given a 3.99% fixed for 2 years rate
