Thanks so much for this, especially the tip about free delivery to more than one address. Thats five pressies sorted - not much dearer to send them chocs than a high quality Christmas card!

Had an order over £20 so put in free delivery code, it came up at the end as Gold delivery so you can pick a day, but at the very end it didn't take the price of delivery off, so I cancelled it. Wanted to check, am I doing something wrong? x

I ordered two boxes of chocolates at sale price and a casket at full price, typed in the codes and didn't get free delivery or any discount off my order as per the codes. I emailed customer service and got this reply:

Thank you for your reply email.
The promotional code is sent on a brochure and is free delivery on orders placed over £30.
If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

this is one of several emails that went back and forth, she is adamant that the delivery code is for purchases over £30, after all she does work there and I have saved money on the chocs in the first place so I'm going to let this one go!

The code that i posted definately worked.I did use the cheap delivery and my order was £24.

Got the gold delivery free.

Sounds like you are doing it right. It worked fine for both me & a friend. Wonder if they have realised their mistake. just going to try it again & let you know if it works.

On Hotdeals there is also a code for a free box of Continental Chocolates (RRP £10) I could only get it to work on an order over £30.
