Wondering how you got on? Would love some good news for us in similar situations

Not good news from us I am afraid with Natwest as in the end the broker had typed our names in wrong and when they sorted we got declined as expected so wasted 3 weeks.

However some good news is since the above we decided to pay off some debt and broker reapplied to Halifax. We initially got a DIP but the LTV was reduced due to not on the electoral. At this point we had lost faith in our broker so went to Halifax direct, got an DIP with new address and passed a full application. It also seems it has gone through extra checks and nothing more asked for on top of our 1 payslip we gave. Currently waiting on the valuation happening on the 22nd and Mortgage Advisor has said it is only pending that but we are still worried something will ruin it but fingers crossed
