Personal loan application questions

Good Morning , I am new to this site and have a question.

I am about to start making applications for a personal loan to buy a car. Some of the questions that i am aware of on applications kind of confuses me, i wonder if you guys can advise me.

I am not sure if i am considered to be a homeowner. I am married and the mortgage and our home is all in my husbands name, as i moved in with him when we met, and he already had an established mortgage etc. As we are now married and for loan application purposes does this mean i am a homeowner. I dont usually consider myself one, but im unsure.

Also how much does this affect my eligibility for getting the loan.

Thanks in advance.
Emma
