So i posted this yesterday and got no reply so I'm wondering if i put it in the wrong place, if anyone can help please
Hi I'm sorry if this is a long one but I'm wondering if anyone could help please
So back in 2011 unfortunately my mother in law passed away and she left her property to her children (4 of them) and obviously my husband was one of the children, unfortunately in 2013 i lost my husband to an accident, and as i'm next of kin all his assets are down to me, at the end of 2017 one of the children has decided to buy the property and pay the rest out (no luck on the market)! She has recently been approved of the mortgage and is going in on the 11th of April to sign everything, I've recently had a solicitor letter to confirm this and asking for me to go and sign things over as well (we're all with the same solicitor) i was wondering will the money be transferred to my account same day or is there anything else we have to wait for?
Hopefully I've worded everything right
Any advice would be appreciated

It's unlikely that everything's going to happen the instant the deeds are signed (and I presume the other in-laws have to sign too). If you want a better idea of timescales, I would suggest you phone your solicitor, or ask sister-in-law (assuming she also needs to put money in to complete the purchase).0
