The NW is cheaper than a lot of areas, and Derry has many houses that could be a could be a good investment for btl, especially for student lets


You can probably get a decent 2 bed terrace or apartment for around £75k


That leave you £125k for your family home - what are you looking for? - You could most likely get a 3 bed semi in some parts of Donegal for this, would that be suffice for you?
