Tiny Pensions, what to do?

I have several tiny pensions (1 - 2K) from previous jobs... But I really don't know what to do with them - I've got around 28 years before retirement.

Are they worth leaving alone, or am I better off consolidating them together?

Anyone got any advice?

Thanks

It could be either of those two options.

No. Without an analysis of the different types of pensions, there is no way anyone can advise you. We dont know what type of pension, what the terms are, what alternatives would apply to you etc.

Basically, if they are good, they should be left where they are. If you can get better then transfer them to the alternative.

Look at the charges which apply to each of them (assuming they are personal pensions). Although you can't predict fund performance, lower charges will always improve the expected outcome, unless you are in a truly disastrous fund. If one is obviously better than another, look at transferring.
