relocating and getting mortgage

Good morning
I was hoping someone could clear a few things up for me.
We are relocating to ollerton in Newark from Kent in the summer and was hoping to buy a house rather than renting first. I understand that I would need proof of a transfer to a new branch for work for the mortgage. But what sort of proof would that be? A letter from an area manager or something else?
My 3 months bank statements and wage slips would be from the Kent branch but would be on the same wage when moving
