DGD has asked for a long Pro for her new house, does anyone here use one, are they ok and is there a book to go with it??

Hi Csarina . I've just bumped a thread which discussed Instant Pot and King Pro .
I'm holding on for the new Instant Pot but there are happy users of the King Pro on the thread.

I bought a 3 litre King pro and have used it and cooked a small piece of gammon in it and found it excellent.The gammon was gorgeous and sliced very well once cold and I have three portions in the freezer for another time Very quick and easy to use and not too much of a faff to wash up either I am happywith mine so far

ive got a pressure king pro but don't use it much these days .. I find the pot doesn't clean up too well either, unless its because ive used it so much in the past the non stick coating is starting to wear off!!wading through the treacle of life!
