  OF UNIQUE ADIDAS SHOES

The Competition is open to all individuals who are residents of Austria, France, Germany, Poland, Spain and the United Kingdom and who have reached the age of 18.

There will be 1 prize with a value of approximately !!!8364;3,600.

1. The prize will consist of the opportunity to design 12 pairs of mi-adidas shoes at office of the Promoter in Europe, to be selected by the Promoter, at its absolute discretions from: Amsterdam, Berlin, Herzogenauch, London or Paris (Promoter Office). The Promoter will make the shoes designed by the winner at the Promoter Officer (or provide a suitable alternative at the absolute discretion of the Promoter) and arrange for delivery of shoes to the winner over the following 12 month period. The Prize includes travel to the Promoter Office for the winner (on a date to be determined by the Promoter between 1 June 2018 and 30 September 2018) for a maximum of 2 nights to attend the Promoters Office. Return travel to Promoter Office, transport between the airport, the hotel and the event, a maximum of 2 nights!!!8217; accommodation, and breakfast, lunch and dinner for a maximum of 2 days will be provided by the Promoter in its sole discretion (Prize).
2. The winner will be responsible for all other expenses, including but not limited to obtaining travel documents (such as visas and insurances), that are associated with the acceptance of the Prize. These expenses will not be reimbursed by the Promoter.
3. The winner(s) can claim a Prize until 5 days after the notification as set out above after which date the right to a Prize can no longer be exercised.
4. It is the responsibility of the winner(s) to ensure that they are able to accept the Prize and make use of the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter is not liable in the case the winner is refused entry to the country of the Promoter Office and/or Prize.
5. The winner(s) agree and accept, once the winner has redeemed the Prize, that all taxes or charges related to the Prize will be for his/her account.
6. No cash alternative to a Prize is available
